10月21日讯 法国职业足球运动员联盟（UNFP）官方宣布，巴黎圣日耳曼前锋梅西当选为9月份法甲最佳球员。
在UNFP官网上，经过球迷们的投票，梅西击败了里尔前锋乔纳森-戴维和洛里昂前锋丹戈-瓦塔拉。而在8月最佳球员评选中，梅西也曾入围候选名单，不过最终由队友内马尔成功当选。
这也是梅西职业生涯首次获得UNFP法甲月最佳奖项，自2003/04赛季开始设立该奖项以来，巴黎圣日耳曼至今共44次获奖，为所有球队最高。
